Who is behind Hanbang Skin Solutions?
Hanbang Skin Solutions is part of KC Group of Companies, which also manages Apgujeong Hair Studio, Myeongdong Hair Studio, Aoyama Hair Studio, Kerluxe Hair Studio and Kskin Facial.
How are your facials different?
Every treatment includes Geunmak™ therapy, which works on the fascia beneath the skin, with skincare from SkinCeuticals or Esthe Twin.
Are results guaranteed?
Results vary from person to person. Your therapist will explain what to expect at your consultation.
Do I have to sign up for a package?
No. Your therapist will explain the options for your skin concern, and the decision is always yours.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Prices are explained before you decide.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, ideally a week in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Who is eligible for trial rates?
First-time clients who are Singapore citizens or permanent residents. Please bring your NRIC for verification. Most treatments are for ages 21 and above; SHR and SSR are from 18.
What if I am late?
Your treatment will still end on time and the full price applies. Arriving 30 minutes late or more may count as a last-minute cancellation.
