During consultation or in the course of providing services, your treatment results and details of visit may also be recorded.

The information helps us assess your suitability for a service and monitor your treatment progress. We will use reasonable endeavours to keep it private and confidential, and we do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease it to any third party. We may disclose it where required by law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We may also use your information to send promotional material. If you do not wish to receive further marketing, email dpo@hanbangskin.com and your withdrawal takes effect within 30 days.

Storage of data

Personal information is kept securely to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Customer records are kept in a designated storage area accessible only by authorised employees, and only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
